In the heart of Downtown Kingston, you will find IPG Downtown Kingston Office. The property has great history and over the years has housed several retail success stories that were owned and operated by our Manager and his family.
We are located at 204 Princess Street, on the second floor. Please note that our property is not wheel chair accessible. We are a service industry and we will come to meet you at your home or an alternate location.
There is meter parking on Princess Street and on Montreal Street just below our office. Both the municipal parking lots located within a block of our office will be closed or have limited access due to repairs through the fall of 2010. The Hanson Lot two blocks below our office on Brock Street and Springer Memorial Lot on Queen Street will be the closest parking lots during this construction. Hanson has an attendant on duty during regular business hours and the Springer lot is pay and display.
If you are arriving from Hwy. 401 – West (coming from Toronto):
Exit at the Division Street exit.
Take Division Street, south, to the Downtown area, by turning right off the ramp.
Continue on Division Street until you reach Princess Street.
Turn left at Princess Street.

To use the Hanson municipal parking lot , drive two blocks past our office at 204 Princess Street, turn right at Wellington and right at Brock Street.
To use the Springer Memorial Parking Lot, drive past our office at 204 Princess St., turn left at the first intersection – Montreal Street, right at Queen Street and right into the lot mid block.
If you are arriving to Kingston on Hwy. 401 from the East (coming from Ottawa):
Exit Division Street and follow the above directions.
