Patricia Valente joined Richard Kizell over 13 years ago, and assists in all aspects of preparing and administrating client portfolios and mutual fund transactions. Patricia has successfully completed the "Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course" (mutual fund administration), the "Canadian Investment Funds Course" (mutual funds licensing exam), as well as the "Branch Managers' Course" all offered by the Investment Funds Institute of Canada. Brandi Wales joined our team in April of 2006 and has proven to be a true asset to our Financial Services Team. Brandi provides the financial planners with administrative and client service support. She is a graduate of St. Lawrence College, Office Administration. Brandi brings seven years of experience in customer service and administration to our office. During those years she was employed by a major national corporation where she trained, supervised, and provided team support to new customer service agents.
